Mandir Seva is an online platform that helps devotees take part in pujas and offer chadhava at temples through partner priests, even when they cannot travel. We arrange the ritual in the name and gotra you provide, share an offering video on WhatsApp and, where applicable, send blessed prasad to your address. We act as a facilitator between you and the priests and temple partners who perform the ritual.

• You must be 18 or older, or use the service through a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You log in with a one-time password sent to your registered email. Keep your email, mobile number and OTPs confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• The details you give must be true and complete. One account is allowed per email address and mobile number.

• Please enter the name and gotra exactly as you want them used, because the sankalp is taken in these details. If you do not know your gotra, follow the guidance in our FAQs.
• Dates, timings and ritual details are set by the temple and priests and may change due to temple schedules, festivals, weather, local restrictions or other reasons beyond our control. We will inform you on WhatsApp and offer a new date or a refund as described in the Refund Policy.
• A booking is confirmed only after your payment is successfully received and you see the confirmation or receive the confirmation email.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount payable is calculated on our server at checkout; prices shown or sent by your browser are not binding.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. By paying you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We never see or store your full card or bank credentials.
• Coupon codes (for example DIVINE10) apply only as described, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears to misuse an offer.
• If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid.

Offering videos are shared on WhatsApp, normally within 2–3 days of the seva. Prasad is shipped within India as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please make sure your WhatsApp number and delivery address are correct.

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because a sankalp, once taken, cannot be undone, bookings cannot be cancelled after that point.

You agree not to: give false information; use another person’s account; attempt to break, overload or scrape the site; interfere with security features; use the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes; or copy, resell or commercially exploit our content without written permission. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

The Mandir Seva name, logo, design, text and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Names, images and marks of temples and deities belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the places and rituals concerned. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Pujas and offerings are matters of faith. We do not promise any particular worldly or spiritual result; please read our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as temple closures, natural events, strikes, courier or network failures). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

We may update the site, our prices, offerings and these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date shown above; orders already confirmed are not affected. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to meet a legal requirement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If that does not work, the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
